Bidding hours: Monday-Friday from 8 AM (PT) to 4 PM (PT). 
       * Submission of a valid bid constitutes a sincere offer to purchase cattle. 
       * All unaccepted bids are voided at midnight (PT) the day they were made.                   
       * will settle any disputes in the bidding process after consulting     with both parties. This decision will be final.

will pay consignor $40.00/head on date of purchase, with balance due on day of shipment.

Payment upon shipment of the cattle will be as follows:
      * If buyer is present at delivery, full payment must be received at delivery.
      * If buyer is not present at delivery, full payment must be received not later than following business day.
      * If payment is made at time of delivery by other than certified funds, or if payment is not received at delivery, buyer must execute and deliver a security agreement and Universal Commercial Code and Financing Statement to perfect a security interest in the livestock pending receipt of full payment.
      * If full payment has not been received within SIX (6) days of delivery, the financing statement will be filed with the Secretary of the State of California or the state perfecting the security interest. The financing statement will be released when full payment has been received.

Drafts will not be offered nor accepted for either part or final payment.

All cattle will be weighed on a certified scale. 
      * Any cuts will be made after cattle are weighed.
      * Cuts will be weighed back.

All cattle are sold FOB shipping point. 
     * Trucking is buyer's responsibility.
        is available to assist in procurement of trucking. 
     * Losses resulting from transit shall be buyer's liability. 
     * Freight rates are not guaranteed by nor by the seller.

All cattle are sold on a slide as indicated in the catalog description. (click here for more information on the slide.)
     
Ship dates will be set at seller's option unless otherwise stated.
     * Lots under 300 head will ship on one day unless otherwise indicated.
     * Lots of 300 head or more may ship on two (2) or more days unless otherwise      indicated.

This is a load lot sale. 
     * A load of cattle is 42,000 lbs. to 50,000 lbs. unless otherwise stated.
     * At buyer's timely request the representative market will fill out partial loads.

It is our intention to publish only correct information regarding cattle offered for sale.
    * All percentages used to represent cattle (e.g.-75% BLK) are estimates, for descriptive purposes only. 
    * will make its best effort to publish any changes to this information as soon as possible. 
    * All bids made prior to any catalog change will be considered null and void. 
    * All changes to original catalog information will be highlighted in RED.

is a market facilitator only. Financial responsibility for cattle offered for sale on resides with the auction yard or bonded livestock dealer representing the cattle.
